Purchasing Administrator required for globally recognised oursourcing company.
Ideal candidates for this role must have MS outlook email, excel updates, access form data updates and inventory system (D1) transactions.
Your responsibilities will be to place purchase orders on specified vendors, resolve invoice queries, monitor email folders and workflow queues, data manipulation within access and excel, undertaking system transactions based on email information received from suppliers and responding back. Telephone contact will be essential, so a good telephone manner is required. Local supervision and on job training will be provided.
